-1 tbsp baking powder

-1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled 
-2 large eggs, at room temperature 
-1 cup milk 
-2 cups fresh blueberries
 For the Streusel Topping: 
-1/4 cup granulated sugar 
-1/4 cup brown sugar 
-1 tsp ground cinnamon 
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour 
-1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled  

Method: 
 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners. 
 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. 
 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and milk until they are well combined. 
 4. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until you have a smooth batter with no lumps. 
 5. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries into the batter. 
 6. To make the streusel topping, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour in a separate bowl. 
 7. Add the melted butter to the dry mixture and stir until you have a crumbly mixture. 
 8. Scoop the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full. 
 9. Sprinkle the streusel topping over each muffin, distributing it evenly.
